The Tennessee Poultry Association (TPA) is thrilled to announce that registration is now OPEN for the 2026 TPA Annual Meeting & Summer Getaway, happening July 31st – August 1st at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville!

Hotel Reservations

Book your stay at the TPA discounted rate directly through the Gaylord Opryland reservation link.

Deadline: 4:00 PM CT, June 24th

Please note: TPA does not manage hotel rooms or reservations. A one-night depositis required at the time of booking.

T-Shirts Available for Purchase Only

T-shirts will not be distributed at golf and sporting clays this year. Instead, you can purchase your TPA event t-shirt during registration. Grab one while supplies last!

Saturday, August 1st – Activity Options

Not golfing or shooting clays? TPA has something for everyone:

Relache Spa

• Treat yourself to luxury spa services on-site.
• Reserve ASAP through Relache Spa—space is extremely limited.
• Include the spa option during registration to receive a $150 gift card at check-in.
• Credit card required to hold the spot but not charged unless used.
• Taxes, tips, and overages paid out-of-pocket.

General Jackson Showboat Cruise

• Cruise includes lunch! Departs 11:15 AM, returns 2:45 PM.
• Hotel shuttle provided.
• Book through the registration form—seats are limited and must be purchased in advance!

SoundWaves Water Experience

• Great for relaxing by the pool or enjoying a splash with the kids.
• Tickets must be added to your hotel room package for the discounted rate.
