The Tennessee Poultry Association (TPA) will host the 2025 TPA Annual Meeting and Summer Getaway on July 25 & 26 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention in Nashville, TN. The registration form can be found at the link below:

Registration deadline is June 23, 2025. Late registration fee is $50 so please register before June 23. Activities on Friday July 25 include the annual meeting and speaker program at 10:00 am, a corn hole tournament at 1:30 pm, and the annual awards banquet and entertainment at 5:00 pm. Reservations are required for the awards banquet and dinner tickets are $250 each. Entertainment for the evening will be provided by Music City Dueling Pianos.
Activities on Saturday July 26 include a Golf Scramble at Gaylord Springs Golf Links with sign-in at 7:00 am. There will also be a Sporting Clays shoot at Cross Creek Clays (3975 Jarman Hollow Rd, Palmyra, TN) with sign-in at 9:00 am. Other Saturday options include the General Jackson Showboat Tour and the Gaylord Relache Spa along with the live and silent auctions.
Deadline for sponsorship recognition is June 28.
TPA room rates will be available until 4:00 pm CT on June 25, 2025. If you require a hotel room, you must book your own stay. TPA does not manage hotel rooms or make reservations for attendees.
